How can I buy a gift card?

You can view and buy the card on the Gift Card page. You can select an amount, enter the recipient's details,  write a message for a recipient, set when you want the card delivered, and pay. After completing checkout, you will receive an email confirmation about your purchase and the recipient will receive the email with a gift voucher. Please note that if you opt for payment via bank transfer, the gift voucher will be generated only after receiving your payment. 
 

Tip: You can also buy a gift card for yourself to print and give to someone else.

What is the expiration date of the gift card? 

​

The gift card must be used within 1 year from the date of purchase. It will expire after this period.

How do gift card recipients get their cards?

​

The gift card recipient gets an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from Michael Jones" (with the relevant name). Their unique gift card code appears in the email. If you wish to give a gift card in person please buy a gift card for yourself and print it later. If you want to receive also a printable PDF (14.8x 10.5 cm) please leave a note before submitting your order, we will send you a PDF within 24 hours.

How do recipients redeem gift cards at checkout?

To redeem the card, the recipient heads over to our website and finds items to purchase. During payment, they select the Redeem a gift card option and enter their unique gift card code.

What happens if the order total is more than the remaining gift card value?

​

If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, customers can pay for the remaining cost using your other payment methods.

What happens if the order total is less than the gift card value?

​

Any amount left over after making a purchase can be used for future purchases. 

 

For example, if a customer has a 100€ gift card and spends 25€, they can use the remaining 75€ in the future when shopping on our website.

Can gift card holders check their balance?

​

We are sorry, but currently, it is not possible for recipients to check their gift card balance.

Can recipients change the gift card for money or may I return it?

​

You can return the gift card within 14 days from the date of receiving it and you will receive a full refund.  The gift card cannot be returned after this period.  It can be changed only for the items we sell.

If you or the recipients start using the gift card before the end of the withdrawal period (14 days from the day of receiving the gift card), you may still retain the right to withdraw, however,  the spent of the gift card will be deducted from the refund.

What might be the value of the gift card?

The value of the gift card might be between 10€(ten) and 200€ (two hundred).

Important to know:

The Gift Card is valid for all countries defined in our General Terms and Conditions. The gift card is not nominative and its use is exclusively the responsibility of its owner. The resale of the Gift Card is strictly prohibited. The loss or any other reason (theft etc.) cannot give rise to any refund. The value of the gift card is between 10€ and 200€. The validity of the card is 12 (twelve) months from the date of the purchase. The gift card can be used for several purchases until its balance is fully used. If the order value is higher than the gift card balance the remaining value may be paid via the payment methods we accept.
