Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

When placing the order, it is necessary for you to provide a valid delivery and billing address in one of the countries of the EU.

Luxembourg:

We offer free shipping above the order value of 60€ (EUR), otherwise, the standard shipping fee is charged depending on the order value: 

order value below 30.00€ - shipping fee of 5.56€

order value above 30.00€ - shipping fee of 3.00€

Belgium and the Netherlands:

Free shipping is offered for orders above the order value of 100€ (EUR), otherwise, the shipping fee is charged depending on the order value: 

order value below 50.00€ - shipping fee of 9.40€

order value above 50.00€ - shipping fee of 5.00€

 

The rest of the EU:

Free shipping is offered for orders above the order value of 130€ (EUR), otherwise, the shipping fee is charged depending on the order value: 

order value below 60.00€ - shipping fee of 12.50€

order value above 60.00€ - shipping fee of 8.00€

Delivery time is usually 2-8 business days after the order is confirmed by us. 

We will inform you when your order is dispatched.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order is confirmed by us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return unwanted items to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please, bear in mind that the original labels  must be attached, and the items must be unworn.

The procedure is as follows: â€‹

  1. Download and fill in the withdrawal form from our website or write your own declaration regarding your decision to withdraw form the purchase agreement. Send it to us via e-mail, mail or together with unwanted items.  

  2. Pack the unwanted items - preferably use their original packaging and carefully seal the parcel. 

  3. Take the parcel to your preferred shipping partner. Please note, you have to cover the cost of returning the items back to us by yourself. 

  4. We strongly advise you to send the parcel tracked. Keep the receipt of postage until you  receive the conformation of a return from us.  

  5. Once we receive your package and check the conditions of goods returned, we will send you a confirmation email. 

  6. The payment will be refunded afterwards.  Please note, it may take up to 10 working days from the receipt of our confirmation email for the refund to show up in your account.

Please, bear in mind, if you have used a promotion/discount code when placing an order and you choose to return the item, the discount code cannot be used again.  If you bought  several items as a part of package offer/set for a discounted price, and you decide to return one or more of the items, the original discount will not be applied, and you are obliged to pay the full price for the items you decide to keep.

We are sorry, but currently it is not possible to exchange the items, you can only return them.
